On June 21, 2018 the U.S. Consulate in Rio de Janeiro welcomed the international community in Rio de Janeiro to its annual "4th of July" celebration.  This event also served as the triumphant farewell for U.S. Consul General Jimmy Story and his lovely wife Susan Story.  Consul Story was completing a 2+ year successful posting leading the U.S. government's consular efforts in Rio de Janeiro.

Consul Story is one of the U.S. government's star diplomats; and, he now is leading the U.S.'s vital mission in Venezuela.
