U.S. Consul General James Story and wife Susan Story led the participation of 20 countries in a historic and poignant celebration -- that included the Rio de Janeiro Consulates of China, Japan, Canada, Mexico, France, Germany, U.K., Spain, Italy, Uruguay, Paraguay, Egypt, Finland and Nederlands.
